The HFCN Alumni Association is led by an active cadre of graduates who have assumed key roles in helping the College to further its mission and larger organizational goals. Through a host of special events, including the "all-classes" alumni reunion, the alumni association provides ongoing opportunities for alumni to build lasting personal and professional relationships through the years.

HFCN TRANSCRIPT REQUEST
INSTRUCTIONS**
To request a transcript from Helene
Fuld College of Nursing, please do the
following: Send a letter to Ms.
Paulette Dennis, Admissions Associate,
and include the following in the body
of the letter:
| 1. | Your name (when you were a student at Helene Fuld) | |
| 2. | Your social security number | |
| 3. | The year you graduated from the College | |
| 4. | Your current mailing address or the address where your transcript should be sent | |
| 5. | A money order. The fee for each transcript is $10.00 (money order, or certified check) or $20.00 for immediate ("RUSH") processing. |
