Helene Fuld College of Nursing holds a permanent charter from the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York authorizing it to grant an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Nursing. Helene Fuld College of Nursing is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104; (267-284-5000). The Middle States Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

The associate degree program in nursing is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), a specialized accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and CHEA.
