HFCN ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The HFCN Alumni Association is lead by an active cadre of graduates who have assumed key roles in helping the College to further its mission and larger organizational goals. Through a host of special events, including the "all-classes" alumni reunion, the alumni association provides ongoing opportunities for alumni to build lasting personal and professional relationships through the years. HFCN TRANSCRIPT REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS**

To request a transcript from Helene Fuld College of Nursing, please do the following: Send a letter to Ms. Paulette Dennis, Admissions Associate, and include the following in the body of the letter:

1. Your name (when you were a student at Helene Fuld)
2. Your social security number
3. The year you graduated from the College
4. Your current mailing address or the address where your transcript should be sent
5. A money order. The fee for each transcript is $10.00 (cash, money order, or certified check) or $20.00 for immediate ("RUSH") processing.
